Q1. When I connect this sound bar via AUX connection, it is making a static noise. How to solve it?

A1: When you connect it via AUX connection, please make sure that the two ports of the AUX cable is connected between the sound bar and the computer or other devices.
If one port is connected while the other port is empty, it may make a static noise due to the air or dust interference.

Q2. When I connect it via optical cable, the sound is coming in and out. Is there a way to fix?

A2: To solve your problems more effectively, I'd love to send a new optical cable to you at no cost.

Q3. If my remote of the sound bar is broken or missing, how do I get a new one?

Q4.The item stopped working after a few months, and my return window on amazon is closed, what should I do?
